NEW ROLE | Secretarial / Conveyancing Assistant | Leigh | up-to £23k | 52868Our client is a respectable High street practice based in Leigh and they are looking for a Secretarial / Conveyancing Assistant to join their small but fun and family orientated team. The job will involve providing all necessary support to the Property department. This will involve administration of department files including opening files, ID checks and closing and archiving of files. This role will include drafting and preparation of contractsand documents, SDLT and Land Registry under supervision with some call handling. You will also be expected to ensuring file compliance is adhered to at all times. Ideally you will have some Conveyancing experience however my client is happy to train someone just starting out their Law career as this firm will invest its time and money in you as long as you have the ambition and drive required. Strong attention to detailand great organisation skills are an essential in this role with the ability to work as part of a team.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and can expect a salary in the range in £19-23k dependant on experience.
