Job Description

Macildowie are working with an established Manufacturing retailer based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit a Specification Channel Marketing Manager. You will manage all Specification Marketing Activity, and support the Trade Sales Director andNational Business Development Manager, to drive new business via specification.You will support the marketing team through campaign and project management, asset creation and trade sales team support.About the role:

  • Work closely with the Trade Sales Director and Business Development Team to aid lead generation focusing on trade contract growth delivery
  • Manage Salesforce (CRM) and customer data activity within the channel related to specification pipeline management
  • Salesforce dashboard creation and management to allow pipeline transparency to ease reporting processes and illustrate trade contract sales performance against strategic objectives
  • Lead on specification focused campaign activity. Create, develop, and maintain integrated marketing plans in line with overall marketing strategy
  • Works closely with the Content Manager and Digital Team on activities to help drive specification awareness and customer leads
  • Anticipate and understand competitor activities/product offerings to ensure that Tritons tactical specification marketing activities are appropriate and effective
  • Review and develop engaging assets and content for the company website, overarching campaigns and marketing material both on and offline.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of the companies marketing strategy to deliver market share growth, year-on-year, in each product category
The candidate:
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with varying time lines
  • A commercial and creative mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic team player who can articulate clear objectives and lead a team towards them
  • Experience of Specification Marketing is essential
  • Experience of working in a B2B ecommerce environment
  • Ability to influence and persuade
