Part time, Permanent - 15 hrs/wkImmediate opportunity for a proven Social Media / Digital Marketer to join an innovative precision Lens engineering company.Our client, True Lens Services (TLS), are recognised worldwide for lens innovation, having an unbeatable reputation in the design, manufacture and servicing of lenses for the film and television industries in the UK and Internationally.TLS are now looking to expand and recruit for an experienced Social Media / Digital Marketer. This is a part time role of 15 hours per week, based at their offices in Barwell, Leicester, with the opportunity for some work to be completed remotely.Working as part of a small team, you will report to the Managing Director and have responsibility for the promotion of TLS’s products and services through a variety of digital channels. Using multi-channel communications via the internet and mobile technology, you will develop the company’s e-marketing strategy to support the organisation’s ongoing growth plans.For this role, you will bring broad experience of niche business to business social media and digital marketing gained ideally from within a technical engineering and design environment. As a hands-on self-starter you will use your initiative on a range of projects to target industry customers. Excellent communication skills as well as proven experience of analysing data and drawing insights will help you to further engage stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:· Developing an effective social media marketing strategy utilising a variety of social media channels· Developing strategies to increase visitors to the TLS website by search engine optimisation (SEO)· Utilising a variety of push and pull marketing techniques to target customers directly/indirectly within the Lens Servicing, Re-housing & Lens sales markets· Managing the companys online profile and presence, acting as a brand guardian for digital content· Using web analytics, keyword research and web statistics reporting to monitor e-presence, making recommendations for improvement· Researching customer market and competitors within TLS’s sectors, identifying new opportunities for development using online techniquesRole requirements:· 2 years + experience of social media / digital marketing within a similar role· Experience of B2B marketing gained ideally from within a technical engineering and design environment· Professional qualifications including CAM, CIM or IDM preferred· Strong knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms· Excellent IT skills including knowledge of analytics softwareJob Role: This is a part time permanent role of 2 days per week (15 hours)Location: Based in Barwell, Leicester, with the opportunity for some remote workingApplication Process: To apply please send your CV and covering letter with salary expectationsPrevious Experience: You may come from a background as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, Content Manager, SEO Required skills
