Role: Site Services SupervisorLocation: LeicestershireSalary: £47,500 per annum + Fantastic Company PackageThe Site Services will play a key part within this company. You will be based on a large FMCG site in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a well-established company that offer a fantastic package and opportunities to progress.As a Site Services Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:* Instruct and set up quoted works inclusive of the specific job requirements* Liaise with team - discussing RAMS, material lists, walkthroughs of the job* Assist with and carry out toolbox talks* Assist with site inspections* Provide input and data for Health and Safety contractors* Ensure required materials and ordered and arrive in sufficient time* Ensure timescales for each job are met and be accountable for completion on time* Assist with collection enquiry information to allow for quotations - carry out small quotations when neededThe successful Site Services Supervisor will bring or have experience with:* 18th Edition qualified* Recognised Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical engineering (or equivalent) qualified* Supervisory experience* Experience working within a large industrial / FMCG environment* Maintenance of refrigeration experience would be beneficial* Maintenance of boilers and steam systems* DAF plant operation and maintenance would be beneficialIf successful, you will benefit from:* Great opportunity for personal development - internal progression.* Free parking* Company Training* Pension matched up to 7%* Life assurance - 4x salary* Employee discount scheme* Access to online GP* Private Healthcare* Site profit bonusYour standard hours of working will 08:00 AM to 16:30 PM (Monday to Friday).The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
