Role: Senior Process Improvement Coordinator Location: LeicestershireSalary: £35,000 per annum Job Reference: HB7964This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FMCG company to work cross functionally alongside the Operational and Technical teams to identify business and process improvements. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone in the sector who has beenin a similar role as a Process Improvement technician, CI, Operational Excellence or Business Improvement Coordinator.Key Responsibilities Include: * Identifying improvements to processes through continuous improvement to improve product quality * Analysing and making improvements to waste * Revieing, analysing and meeting KPIs to improve site sustainability* Generate and manage the yearly validation schedule for equipment to ensure its all scheduled to be validated for both cold spots and worst case scenarios to ensure CCPs are being achieved and equipment is working as it should be.* Complete equipment validation in line with the validation schedule, within the time window defined on the schedule. This includes maintenance for the validation folder to ensure data is clearly recorded and presentable to an auditor.* Present site validation information confidential to an auditor alongside the Process Manager.* Ensure calibration of data-logging equipment is maintained.The Ideal Candidate:* Experience in a Process Improvement or CI Improvement role in an FMCG company.* Food Safety and HACCP trained* Good level of English and Numeracy* Experience of logging data on a system and being able to interpret that data* Good knowledge of process validation would be beneficialIf you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements, please get in touch with Will Malcolm at or by calling .
