Job Description

Do you seek to improve the way we do things, and identify opportunities for improvement in customer service & team standardsAbout the team:Working within the MI department and assisting Senior Management as a Senior MI Analyst, you will improve the level of service given to our customers by re-assessing & implementing new working processes whilst collecting, analysing and presenting data about departmental and supplier performance.You will:

  • Produce accurate flowcharts of how processes and systems work and suggest and follow through all systems specification changes and internal process changes.
  • Ensure all system and process issues raised by staff are investigated and resolved quickly.
  • Create, analyse and then provide accurate management information/reporting as required by the department/business.
  • Identify trends and make proposals to benefit the customer service and cost handling.
  • Produce and understand departmental KPIs in line with Senior Management requirements.

  • Be able to adapt quickly to change, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Have experience and knowledge of SQL, Access, Business Objects & Power Pivots (Query design and report writing).
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google packages (Excel/Google Sheets experience is essential).
  • Home customer services department knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Have outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • Be able to make decisions and communicate confidently even when facing changing priorities.
