Senior Finance Business Partner| Leicestershire | Manufacturing | Salary up to £55,000 + benefits (hybrid working)A fantastic opportunity has arisen witha multi-site manufacturing organisation inLeicestershireto act asFinance Manager / Finance Business Partnermanaging reporting and commercial performance across the organisations operations.You will be responsible for ensuring commercial decisions are made by analysing market trends, performance,andmargin as well as a detailed breakdown of variances, challenging where required, between actual and expected results.This role will be based out of their head office in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershireand will involve regular face time with Operations, Commercialand Sales. You will therefore require exceptional relationship management skills and confidence to present complexfinancial information in a clear and concise manner.The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for challenging, supporting and controlling commercial financial performance. Dealing with numerous senior stakeholders, you will build strong relationships working on key projects to control theircosts, maximise profit and minimise risk, including supporting negotiations.
