Chartered Surveyor - Residential - circa 40k base - OTE 80k + car Residential Surveyor role to come and work for one of the best and well respected independent firms in the east midlands.Following significant Client growth across this area, they are now looking for a talented RICS qualified Residential Valuer to join their vibrant team.The beauty of this role that sets it apart from other residential roles is the exciting opportunity to gain share issue in the business and in the future have a say on how things are run and profit share.Majority of the work in all east midlands based so not covering a huge area like some resi roles, home and flexible working options are availableEssential experience & responsibilities

  • MRICS qualification.
  • A registered valuer with 5+ years qualified experience.
  • Sound understanding & knowledge of the industry.
  • The ability to undertake Mortgage valuations, Home Buyer Reports, Building Surveys.
  • High energy & passion to achieve business objectives & company growth.
  • A talented communicator, skilled in building strong relationships.

  • Circa 40k base with car allowance and excellent bonus potential 70-80k earning achievable
