Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp)Work From Home/RemoteCompetitive Salary30+ hours per week

  • The Company:ER Recruitment are working exclusively with our client, an authentic and distinctive organisation located within Leicestershire, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide support to their Finance team on a remote, temporary basis.Role & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • The appropriate processing of purchase invoices through our systems
  • Allocating payments and invoices on our systems
  • Following up on incorrect or disputed purchase invoices
  • Providing the customer with a professional service.
  • Maintain company records ensuring complicity with Data Protection Act (2018).
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • About You as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • Experience with Access Dimensions Accounting software essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Access Capture desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills especially with the use of Pivot Tables, Sumif’s formulas and tables.
