Job Description

Macildowie are working with an established business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit a CRM Project Manager ( Technical POS Relationship Manager). The Technical POS Relationship Manager will act as the 1st line support for new and existingclient integrations. Working alongside both the product and partnerships team, as well as external developer teams to manage the implementation and enhancements.You will be required to develop a deep understanding and passion for the customer journey, identifying and executing a continuous improvement methodology to facilitate the ideal customer experience. Supporting the day-to-day management of key POS clientsand partners.Responsibilities

  • Providing hands on support through implementation of relevant processes to ensure seamless onboarding of end customers migration or regulatory project completion
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex issues and seeing these through to a successful conclusion
  • Being the central point of contact with internal and external business partners acting as the primary interface in the event of service failure
  • Auditing and liaising Semi Integrated applications and amendments
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Solutions to provide training for the Sales teams
  • Build and maintain productive,positive lasting relationships with our Partners and Customers
  • Liaise cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance on initiatives designed to drive customer engagement and adoption of our products and services.
  • Work with Customer Experience team to continuously improve the processes for our internal stakeholders, partners and merchants
  • Feed in and support the wider POS strategy across Partners and Product
  • Support manage and liaise with all key third party psps and gateways on key customer integrations
  • Coordinate communication lines for all major GP multinational commerce projects to ensure a timely delivery
  • Build and enhance the certification process to ensure that multinational commerce projects are managed effectively and all key requirements are in place and all capabilities are understood
  • Monitor key project activities, ensuring all issues are resolved and stakeholders are kept informed on project status
About you:
  • Experience working in a customer facing role,product and or support management
  • Knowledge of the payments industry
  • Desired experience with understanding technical implementations and relay technical information to a wider audience- or willingness to learn
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Experience of customer and partner support and project implementation
  • Highly motivated with an ability to positively influence others and challenge the status quo
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and respond to customer issues with the required urgency
