Production Manager.Engineering Component Manufacturer.Competitive Salary.Leicestershire (easy commute from Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham). We have been retained by the UK subsidiary of a major European manufacturing organisation to find a Production Manager to join their leadership team.The Production Manager will play an instrumental role in the development and engagement of the workforce and in the embedding of a continuous improvement culture as part of the overall drive towards achieving a world class manufacturing environment.Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a team of circa 25 through Shift Leaders and Team Leaders, the Production Manager will be a key member of the top management team who are working together to grow the existing business and diversify into newproducts and markets.You must have an impressive track record of leadership in a production environment, particularly in the management of people through good organisation, process control and communication.
