Job Description

Were working with the UKs biggest homeware brand and theyre on an exciting journey to transform the way they think about driving customer value and impact. Youll be joining a rapidly expanding Digital Product team that look after the customer journeyand proposition delivering real value through technology. As Product Manager, your role will focus on acquiring customers efficiently and retain them through meaningful interactions and services. The Overall goal of the team is to grow their active customerbase in a cost-effective way and increase shop frequency by using their customer knowledge to create meaningful interactions.Heres an overview of the role:Product Manager, Customer Acquisition and RetentionRole: Product ManagerClient: RetailSalary: £65,000 DOEBenefits: Up to 15% bonus, 25 days holiday (unlimited buy/sell), 4% pension, 15% store discount and more!Location: Central London or Leicestershire (hybrid working modelexpect about once a week in the office, although they are very flexible)Key requirements:- Experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner.- Experienced with digital marketing and developing paid search, SEO, and content marketing.- Experience working closely with MarTech development stack (doesnt have to be a developer, but good to understand the technical jargon).- Agile experience.Nice to have:- Data driven/ analytical thinking.
