Job Description

Job title: Personal Assistant/PA Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOELocation: South LeicestershireThe Role:A truly unique opportunity has arisen for an executive level PA to support the Directors of this market leading global business. This is a dynamic and fast paced role, which also brings the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. PA duties include:

  • Email and diary management for the CEO, MD and FD
  • Filter phone calls and invitations for the Executive Team by redirecting or introducing accordingly
  • Preparing correspondence on the Director(s) behalf.
  • Ensuring all Director expenses, mileage etc. are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Organising internal and external meetings.
  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
  • Planning, organising and coordinating events.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings at all levels.
  • Preparing papers for board meetings, regular reporting for operation and project meetings.
  • Minute taking and document actions. Track actions to ensure completion.
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system and electronic document management.
  • Liaising with legal advisers and help manage related employment law issues and procedures within the organisation and ensure consistent application of all HR Policies and Procedures in line with legislation.
  • Develop and maintain new starter and leaver processes.
  • Issue offer letters and contacts of employment.
  • Maintaining holiday and sickness records
  • Discretion and able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
  • Implementation of COVID secure protocols due to recent pandemic
  • Planning and organising building works.
  • Office managementliaising with H&S team to ensure all risk assessments and H&S checks are up to date.
  • Managing office equipment contracts including repairs and renewals. Ordering supplies and organising maintenance of office equipment
