We are looking for an Operations Desk Analyst to join the successful IT Service Desk within the NatWest Group providing 1st line technical support to a user base of over 65,000 colleagues.You will be part of a diverse team who are at the forefront of the Banks digital strategy that supports internal colleagues via web-chat and telephone.Youll be working from home 4 days a week and provided with the equipment you need, plus for one day a week you will head to our new office with free parking to join the rest of the team to collaborate.What you will be doing:- Working in a small team of Operations Desk Analysts, you will support with the day-to-day management of the Service Desk, forecasting analyst resource effectively to achieve agreed business KPIs using workforce management toolsets- Using business analytics and data, you will provide root cause analysis into the Service Desk performance, recommending insights and improvements.- You will use analytics and reporting tools to build reports for key stakeholders, creating data visualisations via dashboards to tell a story with dataThe Skills you will need:- Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to tell a story with data using Power BI and Tableau- Previous Service Desk experience and understanding of working to KPIs using workforce management tools such as eWFM and Qstory is an advantage-Proficient with Microsoft O365-Ability to work independently and in a team environmentWhat we will offer in return:
