Job Description

This role is for a diligent Multi-Skilled Engineer ready to join a wonderful team in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will work within the engineering department in Leicestershire, providing essential maintenance and repair services. Applicantsmust be willing to work panama days / nights shift pattern (3s and 2s).Client DetailsOur client is a significant player in the FMCG industry, with a well-established workforce spread across numerous locations.   • Provide essential maintenance and repair services across various departments.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Carry out troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the FMCG sector.
ProfileA successful Multi-Skilled Engineer should have:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical engineering.
  • Previously worked in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in handling various types of machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.
Job Offer
  • Basic salary between £48,000 and £49,937 per annum.
