Job Description

Macildowie are working with an established retail business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an Interim Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract.The role:

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities in line with sales and operations activities
  • Managing the design and production of the website
  • Create content for social media channels
  • Email marketing
  • Manage the use of social media to reinforce employer brand, service offerings and position as partner of choice in the industry
  • Provide marketing material to ensure that the brand is consistent throughout
  • Creating engaging and creative content (including video, graphic design, social media, blogs and e-mail marketing) that will help generate quality leads throughout the sales and marketing cycle
  • Measuring and analysing the success of digital campaigns including PPC and SEO
The candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Experience of website management
  • Experience using Hootsuite or other social media management platforms
  • Analytical skills
  • Likes and enjoys learning and developing self
  • Investigative, a self-starter who proposes solutions
  • Creative and thinks outside the box, driven to make a difference
  • Ability to see the bigger picture
  • Critical thinking, reviewing outcomes
  • Hubspot experience
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Knowledge of MailChimp or other e-mail marketing platform
