Job Description

Manufacturing Manager (Plastic Injection Moulding)Fleckney0830 - 1600 Mon - Fri£45K - £50K (DOE)We are looking for a new Manufacturing Manager with ideally a background in Plastic Injection Moulding to work with one of our key clients in the Fleckney area of Leicestershire.This is a key role for my client and one that will involve you being fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the factory, making sure orders are completed on schedule and to the right quality standards.As we are looking for someone who has experience in plastic injection moulding, you would be expected to provide technical support to the team, playing a key part within the manufacturing along with being able to drive the lead strategy.There will be other typical duties such as KPI management and providing reports to senior stakeholders within the business.The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Strong background in managing a manufacturing facility.
  • Ideally a strong background in plastic injection moulding.
  • Experience in running an automated plant/robots.
  • Working with SAP / ERP systems is 2nd nature to you.
  • Someone who has taken charge and implemented an improvement strategy.
  • A great can-do attitude and someone who can lead people.
