Job Description

Learning and development is - to provide employees with the skills and knowledge they need to grow in their roles while helping grow the company. This couldnt be more true than in the position detailed below.I am currently working in partnership with an established manufacturing company based in Leicestershire and surrounding areas, recruiting for L&D Partner to join their team.The best bit about this role is the reporting manager, Id describe them as progressive, forwards thinking, commercial, fast paced, proactive and genuinely impressive! This is a role that will work in true partnership with the Head of L&D to assist inthe roll out of the L&D Strategy.The aim of the function is to bring harmonisation across the way they do things from an L&D perspective across a number of sites and business areas. You will work in an operational capacity to do the following:-

  • Understand and develop training programmes as well as roll them out
  • Identify current business needs, having a true presence in the business, understand the problems and challenges coming in from managers and develop trainings based on these.
  • Do a training needs analysis on individual teams to establish any gaps
  • Measure all outcomes and report
This is a brilliant opportunity for a true generalist L&D Partner who enjoys the operational side of the role. You will be given great exposure, have the opportunity to travel (midlands) and work in a forwards thinking team.This role is based in Leicestershire 2 days a week and is paying c£40,000p.a. - £44,000p.a. + car allowance.
