Job Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-established kitchen Designer and Installer, specialising in both the retail and commercial markets, who are looking for a Key Account Manager in Leicestershire.Offering a basic salary of £45,000, plus a bonus (20% of the basic salary) and company car.Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. (Flexibility may be required from time to time to meet business needs)The Role:

  • You will be tasked with looking after a large key account and some small commercial accounts (house builders)
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Working closely with a team of 3 to ensure that the customer is getting an excellent service
  • Looking after 8 major sites in Leicestershire (no major travel required)
  • Act as key point of contact between customer and other relevant departments
  • Huge scope to grow and develop the account (forecast for the next 3 years)
  • Developing, identifying and bringing on new business
  • Managing your own diary autonomously
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experienced Key Account Manager within the KBB industry
  • Experience and a full understanding of the design, supply chain, installation and customer service requirements within KBB
  • Ideally you will have experience in looking after major house builders or similar clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrable and consistent success with longevity within past employment
  • Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop, sell and maintain relationships
  • Strong negotiations skills and ability to articulate
  • Natural relationship builder - self-motivated, competent and energetic
  • Full UK driving licence
