Job Description

HR Business Partner | Leicestershire | Up to £210 per day | 90% remote working!Macildowie is incredibly excited to be working EXCLUSIVELY with an education organisational based in Leicestershire to appoint a HRBP for an initial period of six months.The role is very strategic in nature and include a whole host of exciting projects and opportunities to get involved to really help shape the business. This role is a true business partner role where you will be a strategic partner, a leader, an expert and trusted advisor on both people and business decisions.The role is paying up to £210 per day and offers real flexibility in terms of how often you are in the office and the hours you work.Interviews for this post are being held ASAP so I would love to hear from you if you are interested in finding out more about the role.Key duties might include:

  • Provide HR Leadership to designated areas of the organisation
  • Guide managers and leaders through restructures and job evaluations
  • Support in the development of strategic and operational plans
  • Build strong customer relationships with senior leaders and stake holders
  • Develop and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to help inform organisational decision making
  • Coach leaders to help empower them to make decisions
  • Drive projects from creation to completion
  • Drive and coach leaders to develop effective organisational change
  • Challenge stake holders with factual arguments to ensure effective outcomes
The ideal candidate
  • Public sector experience - Education desirable
  • Experience in change management
  • Evidence of problem solving with the business needs at the forefront of their minds
  • Experience in developing business plans
  • Experience working with data and good technical knowledge of HR Systems
