Job title: Injection mould setterShift: Day shift, temporary contract with potential to be permanentSalary: £12.00 per hourThe role:Refining moulding conditions to get the very best part quality at the minimum of cycle time on anumber of different moulding machines.Hanging and setting existing tooling to existing settings and then looking for optimisation toimprove the part finish and or cycle time.Knowledge of setting with different polymers such as PP, ABS, PA6, PA66, ASA, PC, PVC andassociated glass filled materialsThe candidate:The ideal candidate would have a proven background of technical setting of injection moulding machinery centred around the following machinery Sandretto, Negribossi, Hatian and Toshiba.The person would need a good problem-solving instinct and be able to work on their own.The client:Our client has produced injection moulding and Toolmaking solutions for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries.If you are interested in this position please contact Suzana on or call on .
