In-House RecruiterPermanent Role!A leading creative and innovative business-to-business organisation based in East Leicestershire is looking for full time Recruitment Consultant to support the team with their high volume intake.This role sits as part of a resourcing team of 6 and as a team you will identify ways to improve and advance resourcing delivery and capability. The Recruitment Manager heads up the team of 3 advisors and 2 admins who are responsible for all CV sifting and some elements of advertising to support you on a day-to-day basis.You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment, everything from working with the Hiring Manager to establish a job description, advertising on various job boards, headhunting, arranging interviews and sitting in on them when required and finally sending out of all offer letters and feedback. You will be involved in the entire employee journey ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience and understand what the company represents.You will do this using various attraction tools, including but not limited to, internet databases, employee referral scheme, external advertising, and recruitment agencies; to attract candidates for vacancy fulfilment and building a talent pool of strong candidates.In addition to all of this, you will get involved in other exciting projects such as updating the careers site and looking at client future talent plans.They are looking for a relationship builder, someone that cannot only adapt their approach when talking to various hiring managers but also who understands hard work. They currently manage around 10-20 live roles each at any one time, but obviously this can vary.For this role, there is a dealbreaker they do require someone who has experience recruiting or knowledge of: developers and what they do, UX/UI Designers, Technical Project Managers, Devop engineers and similar positions.They are growing, expanding and taking on more accounts meaning the demand on the support functions is increasing, hence the need for the additional support.They are fun and welcoming team who will support and work collaboratively with the role they tend to run a number of social activities and are therefore they are looking for a like-minded person!Please only apply for this position if you are in a commutable distance from Leicestershire, and are happy with the technical elements of this role.Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
