Job Description

HR Officer - Leicestershire - £25k full time equivalent - 6-9 months Macildowie is working with a Leicestershire organisation to appoint an experienced HR Officer on a fixed term contract for around 6-9 months. The role will be providing comprehensive HR administration support to both internal and external stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. This role will be paying the full time equivalent of £25,000 per year and will predominately be based on site, with opportunity to work from home occasionally. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a HR Administration capacity and able to work in a busy environmentKey duties include:

  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including advertising, managing applications and arranging interviews.
  • Facilitate the on-boarding process
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits
  • Support the maintenance of organisational charts and intranet documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related enquiries
  • Manage processes related to leave and associated payroll tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR systems and initiatives.
  • Support learning and development administration activities.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure updates.
  • Provide support for project development and implementation.
