Are you a career motivated Qualified Financial Controller/Head of FinanceDo you want to work for a business that is going on an interesting journey of corporate development and cultural change Would you like to work in a role where you will have autonomy and exposure to all areas of the business Do you have previous experience of Manufacturing Accounting - BOMs, Standard Costing etc.....If so please read on....Acting as the most senior member of the Finance function and reporting directly to the Managing Director in the UK and Group CFO in the International Parent Company, you will be tasked with;Ownership of the oversight and review of the month end management accounts production - ensuring they are provided to the business/directors in a timely and accurate manner.Supporting operational teams in the review of P and Ls, budgeting and forecasting activities.Management, coaching and development of a team of 4.Manufacturing accounting including standard costing, bill of materials etcBusiness planning/scenario modelling assisting operations in their strategic decision making process.Cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains. Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.To be considered for this role you will be;ACCA/CIMA/ACA QualifiedAn advanced Excel User (Pivots, Look Ups, Ifs are a must)A confident communicator with experience of partnering with senior level operational stakeholdersCareer motivated - you will be responsible for guiding your own development; having mature, targeted career decisions with your line manager to plan future progressionEstablished people manager with a passion for continually developing talent, systems and processes to deliver improved results for the business.Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
