Job Description

£35,000 to £45,000 Leicestershire, East MidlandsCan you provide experience and knowledge to lead a finance teamWant the ability to impact business performance in a good all-round accountancy roleThen this role could be ideal for you! You could be the next Finance Manager for a well-grounded manufacturing business based in Leicestershire. They require a hands-on experienced Accountant collaborate with the Finance Director and lead a small team.Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Oversee, support and develop a small team.
  • Production of management accounts and sales analysis.
  • Manage departmental and business budget setting.
  • Financial accounts, month-end processes and reconciliations.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practice processes.
  • Maintain and grow internal relationships at all levels.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:
  • ACA / ACCA / ACMA / QBE.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing sector (ideal but not essential).
  • Team management skills.
