Job Description

Finance Operations Administrator / Temporary Min 6 Months / Blaby / £9 - £11phMacildowie are pleased to be partnered exclusively with this leading and instantly recognisable brand based just outside the city centre on their search for driven, analytically driven and committed finance administrators to support during the peak Christmasseason.This role would suit a recent graduate with good excel skills (to V-Look up and Pivot Table Level) who have had some exposure in a financial setting.Your role will include:

  • Monitoring and updating any rejected online payments
  • Looking at online payment data and liaising with customers for any failed payments
  • Escalating any common payment issues to the Finance Operations Manager
  • Using Excel on a daily basis (V-Look Ups)
Your Skills will include:
  • Confident and approachable
  • Excel to V-look up level
  • Understanding of basic payment/billing/invoicing
  • Good customer service skills
