This role will involve grinding down welds, assisting the welders and fabricators, drilling and the general upkeep of the shop floor. A high standard of finish is required as the product will be powder coated and then displayed in retail outlets. An immediate start is possible following an initial skills test.The CandidateIf you are looking to apply for this position you must have previous experience working in the metal manufacturing industry. We will consider anyone who has worked as a polisher, linisher, grinder, or fettler. You must be comfortable working with hand-held grinders and able to show previous experience of this within a production environment.
