Job Description

Were a full service estate agency every step of the way, with local agents up and down the country.We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Estate Agency Sales Trainer to join our award winning L&D Team, driving performance and revenues In line with company expectations and supporting development across our Centre branch basedteams In Hinckley and Watford and field based teams across the GB.Our brances our home to large diverse teams Interacting with thousands of new and existing customers from across the UK each week and you will be responsible for ensuring that we drive maximum revenue from every contact while delivering the very best homemoving experience for our customers.The Ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about sales and have proven experience of delivering a high impact training experience, focused on people, process and refinement.You will be working closely with our Central Ops Teams and field based stakeholders across the country, Identifying any performance gaps and developing and deliviering approporate solutions.Duties of the role Include:

  • Liasing with our central and field based teams, keeping abreast of the Industry trends and needs across the business
  • Analysing processes and behaviours; proactive approach to developing a deep understanding of central teams and their revenue opportunities
  • Deliver Inductions across the business utilizing your knowledge and experience to contribute to content and approach
  • Delivering weekly training sessions in line with core business results, ensuring that solutions have clear measure of success and return on investment
  • Providing support to central branch managers, developing their knowledge of Estate Agency best practice
  • A subject matter expert! - Partnering with central branch managers to ensure processes, systems and reward packages drive optimum buisness performance
  • Support development of the branch culture to ensure all teams are focused on their objectives and deliverying performance
  • Travel may be required as part of the role between branches and parts of the UK
Skills & Experience Required Include:
  • The ideal candidate will have progressed through an Estate Agency career path, fulfilling a multitude of roles along the way, from negotiator to branch manager
  • An understanding of Estate Agency processes, keeping upto date with Idustry trends, principles and practices
  • Proven experience In providing solutions to Improve and drive success and performance
  • A confident communicator able to tailor your approach
  • Passionate about continued Improvement and not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive performance
  • Skilled In coaching and experienced In delivering group training sessions sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships being a trusted partner who can Influence behaviour while supporting the growth of our people
  • Experience working In a fast paced envrionment and with large diverse teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
