Job Description

Senior Creatives!My client, an East Midlands based full-service creative agency is looking for a talented thinker, visionary and creative creator. A person who is looking to grow within an agile and dynamic multi-disciplinary agency, and to be central to their future vision.Due to significant growth, the agency is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer/Senior Creative to join their team. The agency consistently thinks big, coupled with a positive mindset and a real can-do approach to creating content that resonates across BrandStrategy, Advertising Campaigns (through the line), Digital Media and Retail/Consumer Experiences.Youll have previous experience of working within a creative agency, conceptualising brand experiences at a senior level. Equally comfortable working on big budget campaigns and pitching for them, but also be an individual that thrives within a fast paced,creative environment.Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely day to day with the Managing Director and Creative Director, pushing creative boundaries and producing consistently engaging creative content.
  • Collaborating with the current designers within the team, enthusing team members and mentoring
  • Taking ownership and leading digital and brand projects.
  • Meeting and liaising with new and existing clients, taking briefs, interpreting them and also challenging them where needed.
  • Being industry savvy, knowing the latest trends and innovations across branding, communications and retail landscapes.
  • Being client focused and being fully committed to exceeding expectations - both creatively and when liaising with clients to ensure a high level of the agencys personality is inherent in all output.
Youll need:
  • Proven experience providing compelling brand experiences and marketing communications through digital and advertising campaigns
  • Strong client facing skills
  • True leadership qualities, happy to work hands on and lead from the front.
  • Knowledge of script writing and production of advertisements
  • The ability to create from concept through to completion
  • Demonstrable experience of art directing film and photo shoots
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and winning client pitches and presentations
