Job Description

Job role: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Leicestershire (Syston)Salary: £20,700 increasing to £22,252 after 12 months Hours: Monday -Friday 37.5 hours between 8am-5pm & 1 in 4 SaturdaysHarper Recruitment are looking to speak with Customer Service Champions, due to continued success our client based in Leicestershire have multiple opportunities to join their Customer Experience Team.We are looking for people who have a passion for providing world-class customer service, are outgoing and enthusiastic with the ability to provide technical product knowledge.What will the role involve

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone or email for commercial and domestic customers
  • Providing information on products and services
  • Setting up direct debits, online accounts and paperless billing
  • Investigating issues and taking the initiative to see things through to a successful outcome
  • Processing customer orders from start to finish and raising invoices
  • Handling customer pricing and contract renewals
  • Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers and situations
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience within a similar customer service role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent writing skills and written communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Savvy
