Job Description

Covid-19 Field Study WorkerFull Time £130 Per Day Full UK Driving License and access to vehicle Thursday, Friday, Saturday, SundayFlexible working hoursTemporary 6-month role (possibility of being extended)Are you experienced in either Customer Service or Sales Or do you have Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry background Are you looking for an exciting new challenge where no day is the same Then this could be the perfect role for you!Working in the heart of the community as a Covid-19 Study Worker, you will be involved in the largest UK COVID-19 Survey, delivering a first-class customer service when visiting participants in your region.The ideal candidate must:

  • Be available for work immediately, having completed a comprehensive vetting process
  • Have experience within Customer Service or Sales, or a background in the Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Friendly professional approach, putting the participant first
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail, able to clearly ask questions, collate, check, and record data accurately
  • Be able to gather important data for the survey, explain processes and supporting participants who will carry out a self-administered swab test &/or capillary blood testing
  • Excellent diary/ calendar and e-mail management
  • A keen eye for detail is imperative whilst scanning and uploading documents, completing prepopulated fields on your tablet ensuring accuracy on each and every occasion
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently in a field-based setting
  • Must own an App friendly smart phone/tablet and possess strong IT skills in particular working on a tablet &/or smart phone
  • Highly flexible and comfortable working to targets, thinking on your feet, in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • A confident driver with a full UK driving license (maximum 6 pts) and a car less than 15 years old
  • Must have flexibility to work regular weekends and evenings, and occasionally be available at short notice
  • Eligible to work full time in the UK
  • Must not be employed in another role
