Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a friendly team where you will be well looked after and have a great work/life balance.The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Chefde Partie to work in the main kitchen catering for the restaurant, bar and function rooms. This is a high volume dining operation which can be extremely busy duringpeak service times and you will be working with a talented team of 7 chefs. The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, bar, afternoon teas, and also has a busy banqueting and conference department especially popular for weddings. As Chef de Partie you willbe competent on a section and willing to jump in where required.Requirements:Previous experience working in a high volume fresh food hotel kitchen environment.
