Job Description

    • DescriptionIn this role as BIM Coordinator, you will primarily be supporting the development of new Industrial / Logistics building, working very closely alongside the Main Contractor. You will be responsible for:
  • Set up and maintain Common Data Environment for a project, in consultation with Document Control, procurement and other related parties who have systems where data needs to be shared.
  • Carry out the BEP ensuring requirements are met.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry protocols and regulations including changes to PAS1192s and COBie
  • Experience coordinating live projects in a BIM L2 environment, using Naviswork and highlighting any clashes to relevant consultants.
  • Suggesting process efficiencies from your own experience, knowledge and industry advancements.
  • ensure that both Employers Information and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered on projects.
    • ProfileYou will already have experience of working on projects in a collaborative environment, ideally working as a BIM Coordinator, or other industry professional with strong knowledge and aptitude to progress in this field. You will have:
  • competent use of both AutoCAD and Revit.
  • carried out clash detection in Navisworks.
  • excellent communication skills able to "de-jargonise" specific terminology.
  • broad industry knowledge and be keen to try new ideas.
  • access to a car for visits to site and stakeholder meetings.
