Job Description

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Assistant Product Manager to join our evolving organisation, leading the way in Occupational Safety and Health.In this exciting role, reporting to the Product Manager, youll undertake market research and engage with stakeholders to identify both new and enhancement portfolio opportunities. Youll understand and analyse product performance against a range of criteriafor example customer uptake, financial performance, market trends and competitors activity.Working cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders across our Sales, Project Management Office and Internal Communications teams, youll be involved in the development and global launches of NPD, whilst also focussing on customer journeyimprovements to maximise sales.The personAs a hands-on Assistant Product Manager, youll be able to demonstrate an understanding of product development processes and market research techniques.Youll have previous experience of undertaking reviews of products and portfolios. Youll be able to build and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and possess the ability to work on your own initiative and manageyour time effectively.

The starting salary will be dependent on the successful candidate having the relevant skills and experience required for the post.
