Job Description

Assistant AccountantWe have a great role as Assistant Accountant working 4 days home/1 day office. The business are very well established and require an Assistant Accountant to start in the next 2wks ideally.The role is initially temporary for a minimum of 6mnths supporting an experienced and qualified Finance Manager.As Assistant Accountant, your role will also involve:

  • Assisting in monthly management accounts preparation
  • Balance sheet, bank and cash book reconciliations
  • Journals and ledger maintenance
  • Liaising externally re invoice queries
  • Monthly reporting
  • Analysis support
  • Assisting in half year and year end reporting
