Job Description

The One Group are working with a world leading manufacturer to recruit an accounts payable assistant to join their experienced finance team on a temporary on-going basis based in Desford. Within this role, you will receive invoices from internal and external suppliers for goods and services supplied by the business. On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and credits onto the accounts payable ledger
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Verify details on the invoice match delivery details, quantities and price
  • Resolve internal and external invoice queries
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a purchase ledger environment, have the ability to develop and maintain good, professional working relationships and have the ability to work with great attention to detail whilst workingto tight deadlines.Initially this position would be temporary for approximately 3 months, but has the potential to be extended further.In return for a can do attitude and the above responsibilities/traits you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12-£14.00 per hour and an immediate start!Interviews will be taking place imminently, so if youd like more information, would like to discuss your suitability for the role or are keen to see a full spec, please contact Katherine Pearl at The ONE Group by applying now.
