Job Description

Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: Enderby, Office BasedSalary: CompetitiveType: Full-time, PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity to join Optima UK as an Account Manager for our Manufacturing Division.Due to continued growth, our Manufacturing teams need additional support for individuals with either a strong Customer Service background or an Account Management position.The Role:Our Manufacturing team specialise in the placement of temporary and permanent staff within skilled Manufacturing roles such as Welders, CNC Millers & Turners, Assembly Operatives amongst many others.On a daily basis, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new candidates that are looking for a new position, telephone interviewing these candidates to understand their work history and background
  • Contacting existing candidates to check if they are still looking for a new position
  • Telephone and email contact with candidates
  • Providing excellent customer service to the candidates over the telephone and over email
  • Maintaining candidate relationships
  • Identifying businesses that are hiring to pass across to the Business Development Team
  • Managing the recruitment process with the candidate from interview stage through to offer stage
  • Formatting candidates CVs
  • Advertising on job boards and using other social media methods, working closely with our Marketing team.
