Job Description

Together were shaping/creating a cleaner, greener future for our 11 million customers who we put at the heart of everything we do.The OpportunityAs a Workforce and Workload Support, you will undertake the end-to-end process of building, allocating, implementing, and reviewing Work Patterns. You will support with high quality and accurate analysis of business plans, budget forecasts and historicaldata to ensure the team receive the information required to deliver work plans according to guidelines, and challenge any differences.Key Accountabilities of this role will include:

  • Running system reports and using that data to inform decisions around future workload and resource requirements.
  • Producing departmental plans for Emergency, Repair and O&M and working in collaboration with Customer Operations & Energy Operations to ensure plans are credible
  • Reviewing the accuracy of departmental plans and making appropriate challenges
  • Producing intraday interval demand data profiles to inform Work Pattern Design
  • Engaging with Customer Operations to create optimised Work Patterns ensuring all Work Pattern designs:
  • Are aligned to the Operations Terms and Conditions Handbook
  • Are Working Time Directive compliant
  • Meet Business Risk and Fatigue targets
  • Consider documented local agreements and work life balance preferences.
  • Supporting COAMs during consultation and review of Work Pattern designs with Field Force and TU.
  • Undertaking a comprehensive range of administrative duties in line with guidelines and procedures.
