We work in collaboration with internal and externalstakeholders to deliver a high quality service to students, partners and our internal colleagues. We currently service partnerships in Dubai, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.RoleWe are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Faculty Office Team. As a member of the programmes administration team, your main responsibilities will include the provision of administrative support for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes(including enrolment and assessment related activities), maintenance of student records, committee servicing and the supply of information to students and staff at both DMU and partner institutions.The post is fixed term for six months in the first instance. The position is on a full time basis (37 hours per week) and can be carried out on a hybrid basis with the expectation to be on campus 2 days week.Ideal CandidateEducated to A-level or equivalent standard, you will possess excellent I.T. skills and be familiar with the use of large databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications. You should have significant experience in a customer-facingoffice environment, working as part of a team and under your own initiative. Relevant work experience gained within further or higher education would be a definite advantage particularly if this relates to TNE or other partnership programmes. Experience ofworking in a hybrid or remote role previously would also be beneficial.You should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.This position involves direct contact with a wide range of University staff and students and you should, therefore, enjoy interacting with and helping other people.
