OB TITLE: Telesales Team LeaderJOB SUMMARY: To lead a team of telesales agents for one of the UKs leading suppliers of outdoor and leisure equipment.LOCATION: RutlandSALARY: £22,000 - £24,000 Plus generous commissionMUST HAVES: Previous experience in leading a sales team, or ready to take that next step.Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 five days a week (includes weekends on a rota)The COMPANYOur client is one of the UKs leading suppliers of outdoor and leisure pursuit equipment.They are a family run business that has gained a well-deserved reputation in the area for their high-quality products and services delivered by their motivated and knowledgeable staff.
