Telesales AdvisorLeicester City Centre£19,500 p.a.

The Company:ER Recruitment are working with our client, a flourishing organisation located in Leicester city centre. They are now seeking tenacious and self-motivated professionals to be part of their growing team.Role & Responsibilities of the Telesales Advisor:
  • Contact potential customers by telephone to inform them of the businesses services and how they can utilise them
  • Use outbound dialler methods
  • Build a pipeline of potential leads and following up with those customers by making subsequent calls
  • Use tariff information where needed to ensure customers are appropriately licensed
  • Verify and gather the relevant information and additional customer information where appropriate
  • Send quotes to potential customers, attaching the relevant sales and marketing materials
  • Create leads where needed and ensure the correct process is followed to licence each customer
  • Take ownership of your customer through to resolution
About You as the Telesales Advisor:
  • Able to demonstrate a desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience conducting outbound calls
  • Determined and enthusiastic
  • B2B sales experience
  • Able to show Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Influential and persuasive
  • Results driven
  • A Team player and pay Attention to detail
  • Self-Motivated
