Job Description

Technical Support Engineering Manager (Woodwork Machinery)Commutable from: Leicester, Loughborough, Coventry, Hinckley, Wigston, Lutterworth£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Remote Working + Private Health Care + Private Pension + Full Training on Specialist ProductsAre you an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer looking to get off the tools and join an office based/remote working role with full product training on specialist machineryOn offer is the chance to join a very successful nationwide company who will offer you great working conditions within a close-knit team alongside private healthcare and pension.This is an opportunity to work for a well-established supplier of woodwork machinery who pride themselves on high quality of products and staff retention.This role would suit someone with electrical and mechanical machinery knowledge looking to get off the tools in a flexible office based role.The Role:

  • First line technical support to customers and Service Engineers, providing fault diagnosis and technical information
  • Assisting the Service Manager with queries
  • Monday to Friday (Optional remote working 2/3 days a week)
The Person:
  • Electrical and Mechanical machine working knowledge
  • Technical Support background
  • Looking to get off the tools in a role with extensive product training.
