Working as a member of the technical staff team in the Leicester Media School, you will assist in the provision of technical support to staff and studentsin their teaching and research activities.Your main duties will include providing a comprehensive and efficient technical service to support the day-to-day running of the CEM media facilities including studios and other associated areas. Experience in the field of Media technology is essential.Knowledge of health & safety is critical.Ideal CandidateAs the Technical Instructor you will ideally have experience in production of music including editing tracks and Knowledge of Studio based Audio/Video facilities. Experience of supporting live sound events e.g. concerts & installation is essential. Alsodesirable for candidates to have some experience of streaming live events for broadcast. Qualified or have a degree in an appropriate Media subject. You should be able to prioritise and organise workload with minimal supervision, have a high level of accuracyand strong attention to detail.
