Job Description

Weve been laying the foundations here at our Home Claims department. Due to product growth and team expansion, we are looking for a new Team Leader to join us. Were looking for someone who can lead and inspire a team of 8-10 colleagues to be the best possibleversions of themselves.Were flexible in terms of location too! You can be based at either our Bexhill or Leicester offices on a hybrid basis.What will you be doing

  • Setting and managing colleagues annual and monthly objectives
  • Ensuring each colleague receives a monthly 121 to address wins and performance
  • Managing any HR related issues in line with business best practice
  • Ensuring annual PDRs are conducted to support ongoing development
  • Providing monthly coaching and development plans
  • Conducting effective monthly meetings when needed
  • Ensuring colleagues are accurately reserved in line with our philosophy
  • Conducting regular audits on colleagues
  • Managing departmental and team complaint handling
  • Overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals
What are we looking for
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Claims/financial services experience beneficial but open to industry such as telecoms, energy etc.
  • Committed to self-development of self and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong customer focus
