Job Description

Systems Engineer - On-Prem, End-UserInteresting new opportunity for a 3rd/4th Line Specialist to work within an exciting expanding company and support environment. Im looking for someone with a flexible approach to undertake exciting new project-work (circa 70% projects) as well as high-endNetwork and Server Support.Candidates must be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for IT and a willingness to remain 100% hands-on in the on-site technology.In order to be considered for this assignment, youll need to demonstrate strong technical skills with:

  • Windows Server 2012-2022
  • AD, Powershell
  • ESXi host (server) deployment, VMWare
  • SAN Storage
    • Solutions are on-premise, rather than cloud
This is a project and support role with a great deal of autonomy working under the IT Operations Manager, as a result an ability to demonstrate previous project experience with the above technologies is essential.The role will be based largely remote but some site visits to data centre locations in Warwickshire would be required.
