You will have working relationships with the nursing and multi-disciplinary teams, and will play an important role in the lives of the people you support, as well as their families or loved ones.The support and care you provide will be respectful, dignified and caring, following each individuals person-centred care plan to promote choice and independence. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the leadership of the service, ensuring each individual is working to support people in the best way.So what qualifications and attributes do you need

  • Situated in a leafy suburb of Leicester, Toller Road is a care home with nursing that supports up to eight people with learning disabilities and complex needs.Toller Road is a large three story semi-detached house with its own private garden situated on the outskirts of Leicester. There is a communal lounge and another open plan dining room and lounge area with access to the garden. The service also has a life skills kitchen where people can plan menus and prepare their own drinks, snacks and meals. This area is also utilised as an IT hub, enabling service users to maintain contact with family and friends on video chat, as well as learn skills for independent living.Awards for Toller Road
