SME Client Manager required to join a steadily growing commercial insurance broker based in LeicesterAs SME Client Manager, you will take on an established book of SME commercial clients, with most accounts typically paying premiums from a few thousand up to around 10K GWP, although portfolio of clients set to grow and may include larger size accounts comingover in the future. Its likely you would be involved in dealing with micro business all classes ranging from Offices, Shops, Small Motor Fleet, Tradesman, Liability and Small Commercial Combined cases. The role includes handling renewals, mid-term changes,new business enquiries and dealing with general client queries.It is important you can bring a good level of commercial general insurance broking knowledge along with a pro-active professional approach. The ability to build rapport with people at all levels is also key. You must be willing to go the extra mile for clients,and maintain strong attention to detail.You can expect to operate within a like-minded team, with a relaxed yet professional working environment.
