Service Delivery Engineer - this is a software implementation role not a Support role .This is a hybrid roles in that the work is mainly remote working with occasional travel to your nearest office ( whether Leicester or London ) that would be less thanonce a week but more than once a quarter . Thats why over 46,000 users rely on their product, especially during these uncertain times, to help their businesses thrive.Day-to-day, you will: Be a provisioning specialist working in their UK team based at their offices in Leicester, working alongside a team spread across the UK & US offices which support customers based in the US.After signing up for the service, the Service Delivery Engineer will be the primary contact for a customer during their setup and implementation. Maintaining a high level of communication at all times, the Engineer will translate the customers order andany supporting documentation into a live service.The Service Delivery Engineer role is a broad one, covering setup and configuration of the Companys overall service, hardware ordering and configuration, scheduling and arranging number porting and guiding a customer though networking changes required tosupport the service.The Company platform is designed to be "self-service" and a key part of the engineers role is training. The engineer will train our customers on the usage and configuration of the system and its portal in order to ensure the customer is confident in itsusage.
