Our client, a large franchised car dealership in Leicester have the requirement for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their successful team. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the dealership. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers and handing them over to the workshop team, arranging loan cars, preparing of job cards and various other admin duties as required. You will also advise customers of additional products, upsell red work and sell service plans. You will deliver a first class service to all of your customers ensuring the very best customer satisfaction scores whilst working with your colleagues to achieve the departmental labour sales and bottom line profit budgets.Previous Service Advisor experience in a main dealership is required for this position, you must also hold a full UK Driving Licence.In return our client offers a basic salary of £22,000 per annum with a genuine OTE opportunity of £30,000. In addition, our client also offer an extensive training and development program as well as a whole host of additional benefits including pension scheme, employee car scheme, discounts program and much more.You will work 47.5 hours per week on a rota basis to cover the dealerships hours of business. Please note this will include some Saturdays. The department is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7.30am to 7pm on Thursdays and Saturdays 8am to 5pm, closed Sundays.
