Our well established client in the Financial Services sector based in Leicester are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis with a salary of £70,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks packageincluding private healthcare, generous holiday.What does the role entailAs a Senior Relationship Manager you will primarily be responsible for driving profitable volume growth through value added sales and service of Commercial / SME customers, targeting and managing assigned portfolios of customers within the commercial creditbusiness segments. The key challenge in this role is to manage both existing and grow new corporate portfolios and to read early warning signs that could affect the portfolio health.What skills will you haveThe ideal candidate for this Senior Relationship Manager position will be highly capable of carrying out the duties listed above as well as having 5 years experience or equivalent in an RM role in the banking sector, line management experience and in-depthproduct and client portfolio knowledge. Our client is also looking for someone who has great negotiation skills, confidence and great coordination skills required to facilitate with clients.
